This exhibition is free to attend for both conference delegates and for visitors involved in the provision of social housing. If you are attending as a delegate there is no need to register separately for the exhibition.

Birmingham has direct links with the M1, M5, M6, M40 and M42. The ICC is clearly signposted on all the main motorways leading into Birmingham. Follow the signs for the International Convention Centre and National Indoor Arena using the City Centre lanes. Do not follow signs for the NEC.

The nearest railway station to the ICC is Birmingham New Street which is within easy walking distance. The route is clearly signposted.

Car parking information
If you are planning to travel to the exhibition by car, there are four car parks in the vicinity of the ICC, giving a total of more than 2,300 parking spaces. The car parks are multi-storey and are divided into North, South (Upper and Lower) and The NIA Community Hall. Entrances are from the following roads: The car parks operate under the pay and display system and tickets may be purchased either from the machines situated in the car parks. Short stay tickets for one or two hours only are available at a cost of 50p per hour from the first machine on entry in The NIA Community Hall car park and on Level 9 of the North car park. Charges apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Unused tickets will not be refunded. All charges quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Parking for persons with disabilities
Blue Badge holders are exempt from all charges, provided the Blue Badge is clearly displayed.

Specially designated bays have been marked out on Level 11 South Upper which gives access to The NIA Arena at Concourse Level and bays have been reserved on Level 9 North, which give ground floor access to the Arena at Arena Floor Level.

Spaces may be reserved for Blue Badge holders visiting The ICC or Symphony Hall on a first come first served basis. This service is available Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1630 hours by telephoning 0121 644 6006.
